Meet WALDO! Waldo is a super smart 16-month-old Anatolian Shepard mix (DNA test is pending) who will undoubtable be smarter than your neighbor’s honor roll student!   He’s an active guy who would love to have a person or two of his very own.  He would love to go everywhere with his parent(s) as he’s so curious and ready for the next adventure!  Waldo can imagine himself hiking, camping, fishing or just walking and exploring new places.  When at home he would rather you stay with him all day but if you must leave he’s perfectly crate training and when you get home he greets you by dancing up and down on his front legs.  He’s a perfect gentleman in the home and is eager to please (and very treat motivated) so he’s great at learning basic commands and for a bonus, he thinks it’s great fun!  Waldo is also a very sensitive guy who loves to cuddle and be close to you while showing you with his eyes how grateful he is for the love and affection.  Waldo also has a silly side and is very resourceful as he might gather up a few of your clothes to design a make-shift bed if one is not readily available.  Waldo has demonstrated being friendly with people, dogs, and cats-although he would prefer getting all your attention!  Waldo has been diagnosed with mild hip dysplasia and seen by an orthopedic specialist who does not recommend surgery as this can be managed by keeping him lean and providing him with joint supplements.  Waldo is currently being fostered in Tacoma, WA.

All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. 

Adoption Fee: $350

Transport Fee: $350

Transport fee includes the cost of transport plus the Health Certificate required for USDA approved transport.
