This girls name is Sarafina, her foster family calls her Sara for short. She is a cute explorer that is bold and adventurous. She loves her humans and greets you with lots of wags and kisses. She gets sad when you leave her side and cries for her paw-rents. She loves to play; she would play all day if she could, running, jumping, and wrestling with her sister and foster friends. She also loves toys and walks. She is a smart puppy who is learning far beyond what is expected of her age. She is potty trained and goes to the door to go outside when she needs to. She also already working on commands; sit, stay, lay down, come, down, and leave it. She is a joy to take on walks because she is excellent on the leash, sometimes she wants to explore and run but with 2 seconds of patience she comes right back to follow you wherever you lead her. She will work to please you and will bring you lots of fun gifts if you leave things out for her. She loves to give kisses. This girl loves her food, and her food is for her only and she does best when fed by her owner or in a separate room from other animals. At night, she goes right into her crate as long as her family is by her side. She doesn’t love a bath but does great when her owner encouraging her. She hasn’t been introduced to kiddos or kittens but might be best in a home without because she likes to wrestle. Her ideal home is someone who can dedicate time and love to her and keep her mind active with fun activities. She is easily bonded with her humans and will need some slow work when being left alone with someone who can provide a great puzzle toy. She has the biggest personality and will bring you lots of smiles and love.  Sarafina is currently being fostered in Lake Forest Park, WA. 

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR PUPPY ADOPTION: 1) PUPPIES WILL ONLY BE PLACED IN HOMES THAT HAVE AT LEAST ONE MEDIUM TO LARGE YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL RESIDENT DOG that is age 1 or older. This helps integrate the dog into your household easier by giving the pup a mentor. 2) These puppies are not livestock dogs. They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home. 3) In addition to the youthful playful dog, someone must also be home at least part of the day. Please do not apply for a puppy if you are gone 8+ hours a day. 4) We give preference to applicants with prior Great Pyrenees knowledge/experience. 5) Secure and visible fencing required. 6) You must have a plan in place to socialize your puppy properly. 7) Please do NOT write us and ask if this puppy is available. If it is posted, it is available. However, we may be working other applications that came in before yours. If so, by the time you are approved, the puppy may not be available.
